We will endeavour to post out all orders within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Therefore, you should receive your items within 3 to 5 working days within Australia.

All purchases over $150 AUSD will receive FREE postage within Australia.

Purchases under $150 AUSD, will incur a postage & handling fee of $9 AUSD which will include insurance (within Australia only).

After your item has been posted, we will provide you with a reference number. This will enable you to contact the Freight company and locate your parcel.

If you have any enquiries about your parcel, please email us with your concern.

If your parcel goes missing and the Freight company accepts that your parcel has not been found and deemed lost, we will claim insurance and re-send your order.

We accept no responsibility for parcels accepted and signed by a third party on your behalf, which has then not been released to you. Please ensure you are available to receive your order.
