Return/Exchanges & Warranty

We value you as a customer and want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you have intentions to return or exchange an item, you must contact us by email prior and inform us of your intent. Your items must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery receipt. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return and these items will be shipped back to you. The only exception is during the Holiday season.
We will exchange a product provided if it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty products that have been worn or used. If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. If you require an exchange you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs incurred.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. Please email us first at contact@juicyjewels,com.au and advise us of your intent to refund or exchange. Please tell us the purchase date, invoice number and reason why you would like to return the item.
2. Include a copy of your email and details along with the product in its original condition and packaging. Please wrap the product carefully as to avoid damage during postage. Please include a pre-paid bag for the exchange item. Be sure to include your name, address and daytime contact number.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, including delivery charges and insurance. We shall not be responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.

3-month quality warranty
We are confident that “Juicy Jewels” jewellery is the highest quality and we offer a 3-month warranty against any manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. Please provide a copy of your receipt when returning your item.
Any faulty items will be replaced. In the event that we are unable to replace the item purchased we will issue you with a store credit to the same value. Please follow the process outlined above and post item back to the P.O. Box 400 NIDDRIE VIC 3042.
